The term "the websites" and "Paren Raval websites" refer to the domain names of the Paren Raval websites which are accessible from either http://www.parenraval.co.uk, http://parenraval.co.uk, http://www.parenraval.com or http://parenraval.com.

The terms used that within this user agreement ("We", "I", "Us") address the owner of the websites, Paren Raval.

The terms "You", "Consumer", "Your" and "They" address the user(s) that access the domain names http://www.parenraval.co.uk, http://www.parenraval.com, http://parenraval.com, http://parenraval.co.uk and http://parenraval.blogspot.com via an Internet browser or other means of accessing a website on the World Wide Web.

The terms and conditions of this User Agreement apply for both the website and the blog.

1) 1.1. The entire contents the websites (such as text and images) and the blog, remain the copyright of Paren Raval, unless otherwise stated. Any illegal copying without the prior permission of Paren Raval shall be treated legally through a Court of Law.

1.2. As the user, you are aware that any information on the websites and/or the blog are supposed to be used as guidelines, I am responsible for anything that should happen to yourself, any other persons that can view the website and/or the blog and the device(s) that you use to access the website and/or the blog, (e.g, hardware failure, loss of the data etc.). You use the information and links on these websites at your own risk.

2) 2.1. Clicking on any links that take you externally of any the websites or the blog are in no way the responsibility of Paren Raval. If they contain any unsuitable content or damage any of your hardware or software, Paren Raval, the websites or blog are not responsible. You are using them at your own risk and will.

2.2. As a precautionary measure, the Internet Protocol address of the device you access the website or blog from may be recorded. This will allow Us to trace anybody that is suspected of hacking.

3) 3.1. Any form of "hacking" is not tolerated. If anybody is suspected anybody or is found to be attempting to gain access into the website files or damaging the website in any way, you shall be reported to the Police and legal action WILL be taken against you.

4) 4.1. If the user decides to register or post articles/comments on any part of the website (if available) they agree to:

a) Not to post anything unsuitable or irrelevant to the subject of the original post

b) Not to post anything hatred, racist, sexist or offending

c) Not attempt to "hack" or attempt to change any settings of the blog (links in with Section 3)

4.2. If the user decides to make a comment on a post on the blog, they are aware that ALL comments are moderated and are subject to relevant checks with Paren Raval. The user is agreeing that their comment may be accepted but can also be rejected, the final decision on whether a comment is accepted or rejected is entirely down to Paren Raval

5) 5.1. The contents on the websites and the blog are in no way connected to any persons, alive or dead.

6) 6.1. Any past, present and/or the future personnel and/or students of The Beauchamp College (Ridgeway, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 5TP, England, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland) are not allowed on ANY PART OF the websites and/or the blog without the prior permission of Paren Raval.

This includes:

a) Accessing the websites or the blog directories and/or files if they are hyperlinked to a page or not.

b) If the User wishes to access the websites and/or blog on another computer or device that has internet access outside of the Beauchamp College (e.g, of home or work).

c) Any staff or students of The Beauchamp College may only access the website and/or blog if they have the permission of Paren Raval, either verbally or written permission. Unless they have this permission, they are NOT allowed on ANY part of the websites.

d) Users are not permitted to access or to look at ANY PART of the Paren Raval website and/or blog through appearance of the screen of another user that permission has to go on the Paren Raval website and/or blog. Users WITHOUT permission also cannot access any of the websites or blog by means of using another user's networked or local User Account of somebody that DOES have access rights.

6.2 If permission is granted to access the website and/or blog, you are understanding and agreeing that the website and/or blog are in no way connected to past, present and/or future students or staff of The Beauchamp College - alive or dead.

6.3. If you are given written or verbal notice at a later date of gaining permission to access any Paren Raval websites and/or blog stating that you are no longer permitted to access the websites and/or the blog then UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU ALLOWED BACK ONTO THE WEBSITES AND/OR BLOG unless you receive verbal or written permission from Paren Raval stating that you are allowed back onto the websites and/or the blog.

These Terms of Use are subject to change without prior announcement, is it your own responsibility to check back for any changes.

IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND, OBJECT OR DO NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING OF THE ABOVE THEN LEAVE ANY PAREN RAVAL WEBSITES AND/OR BLOG IMMEDIATELY AND ONLY RETURN IF YOU ACCEPT THE ABOVE TERMS.
